In zijn presentatie schetst Marc een beeld van hoe gebruikers Joomla! ervaren en dat het niet vanzelfsprekend is "dat iedereen alles maar kan". Marc geeft een overzicht van hulpmiddelen die de eindgebruikers ten dienste staan en hoe ze deze mix het beste kunnen gebruiken.
